So like most people be damned if I recall every password I've made and this site I recently forgot mine.
Apparently the email onorginall used no longer exists .. not surprised.
But delivery failure notifications and any information I provided that could prove without a doubt I am the content creator for this old deviant art account was not good enough for Chris in customer support.
Now I get there us probably regulations but cookie cutter response and not being able to think outside the box is rediculous. One whole week I spend trying to prove I was me.
Luckily despite hitting the password reset option it doesn't reset until you go through the email like some sites.
So I was able to eventually guess it correctly and fix all the problems on my own.
What a joke... I hope others haven't has such piss poor support with this site for similar issues.
